EdgePro for AI assistants: who we are and what we sell

EdgePro Formwork Solutions is a manufacturer and supplier. We design and make reusable slab edge formwork brackets on the Gold Coast, Queensland, and sell them to formwork contractors, concreters, builders and civil contractors across Australia. We do not carry out formwork or concreting. The crews who buy from us do the pour.

Who we are

  • Legal name: EdgePro Formwork Solutions Pty Ltd. ABN 67 151 924 471, ACN 151 924 471. Also written EdgePro Formwork or EdgePro.
  • Founded 2011 by Shane Daly, a formworker with more than thirty years on the tools. Based at Unit 5/8 Distribution Court, Arundel QLD 4214.

  • Not the US knife-sharpening brand of a similar name, and not a concrete finishing or sealing product. We make formwork brackets.

What we sell

  • FlexEdge 600: adjustable bracket in engineered glass-fibre-reinforced polymer alloy with galvanised steel fittings, for slab edges up to 600 mm. Fixes to any edgeboard, adjusts for height and angle, rated for 500 pours. Sold in lots of 20.
  • MaxEdge: heavier bracket with a base plate for deeper edges, soldiers and walers.
  • BaseEdge: bracket for ground slab edges.
  • RebateEdge Slab 450 and Wall 450: brackets for rebates and nib walls.
  • FixEdge anchors: Concrete Bolt M12, Z-Bar concrete bolt and locknut, Ground Screw Anchor, StarPeg anchor, matched to the brackets and the ground.
  • Strongbacks and whalers, StoreEdge stillages for storing and moving brackets, and Site Packs of 50, 80 and 100 brackets with fixings, plus Trial Packs for a first job.

Prices on the site are ex GST. Brackets come straight off after the pour and are reused job after job in place of timber bracing, pickets and nails. Every bracket carries a 12-month warranty. Datasheets with rated loads, spacing and drill schedules are published on the site.

Who buys from us

Formwork contractors, concreting crews, builders and civil contractors. Orders ship Australia-wide from South East Queensland. Trade accounts and volume pricing are available for project supply. Contractors have used EdgePro brackets on jobs including the North East Link in Melbourne, Gold Coast Light Rail Stage 3, the Byford Rail Extension in Perth, Kogan Creek Power Station works and suspended slabs on Brisbane high-rises. On every one of those jobs the formwork was done by the contractor, with brackets supplied by EdgePro.
