Shipping policy

We ship Australia-wide from our South East Queensland warehouse. We do not ship internationally.

Parcel items

Brackets, fixings and other parcel-sized items ship by standard parcel freight anywhere in Australia. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Stillages and bulk orders

Stillages and bulk orders move as pallet freight. We confirm freight with you before dispatch, no surprise charges.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary with your location and the carrier. We do our best to get your order moving quickly, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third party carriers. If something looks stuck, contact us and we will chase it.

All prices on this site are ex GST. GST on products and shipping is calculated and added at checkout.
